IMMEDIATE OPENING – ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Durden Outdoor Displays, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in Dothan, Alabama, where we have been making clients FAMOUS since 1968. For over 54 years, we have been committed to offering our customers the highest level of service, from creative concept to campaign implementation.

Our business is expanding and we are looking to hire a qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Accounting Assistant. This is a Full Time/Part Time, entry level position with the opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Sorting Mail
Processing Payments Received
Processing Invoices and Purchase Orders
Filing
Answering Phones
Processing Contracts
Processing Weekly Payables
Gathering Information for Accountant as Needed
Assist with Processing Leasing / Real Estate Documentation
Additional Tasks As Assigned by Office Manager

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-motivated, dependable, punctual and a team player. We are a fast-paced work environment so you must possess the ability to multitask and be extremely organized. Fluency in GSuite is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
